Dont like it! Sorry. Please hate if you dislike my view. Im a drummer and whilst he is way better than me, for what thats worth tbh, im startles by the lack of serious musical rwview and commentary here in the comments. The solo performance is clearly fragmenriswd and so comes off as a sequence of choreographed quadrant based show off sections. To my musical ears i dont hear composition nor musical motifs that even begin to excite me as a genuine musical listener. His phrasing isnpsoradic and overly excitable. His touch flippant and giddy. A self obsorbed show off piece so void of any musical quality that the only way anyone here will comment on any specific section in his performance as note worthy will be because its a response ro my statement here and not preexisting prior. That said. I do like this drummer. I like his talent and his inventiveness. I like his show off performance also. I dont like his supporters below not even bothering to offer any preference or slight critique. This is a solo i dont revist on my ear pods. Other drummers yes but on tracks and musical context. This one no though. Whos going to be honest now

For me, this sounded like someone's taken a bucket full of drum beats, mixed in a handful of out of context stick tricks, and thrown it in the air to see how they sound landing on a sheet of iron with a dusting of sand poured on it. Now that I've said that, go back and watch the vid again. You'll see what I mean. Rock on mofos🤘
